4.3 Client Responsibility

5. Online Courses & Digital Programmes

When you purchase a digital course or automated programme, you receive a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to access the content.

You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Download and redistribute materials
• Record or reproduce course content
• Resell or sublicense the programme

Access may be revoked if these terms are violated.

6. Mind Power 4 Teens Academy & Youth Programmes

Participation in youth programmes, camps, workshops, or academies may require parental or guardian consent for participants under 18 years of age.

While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and positive environment, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation involves group activities and personal development exercises.

Photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted in advance.

7. Books and Publications

All books authored by Dr Gail Motlhaudi-Banda remain protected under copyright law.

8. Speaking Engagements

Booking Dr Gail for conferences, workshops, schools, universities, corporate events, or other engagements is subject to:

9. Payments

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Dr Gail Motlhaudi-Banda does not store full payment card details on the Website.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

10.1 Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
• Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

10.2 Group Programmes
Refunds for group programmes are considered on a case-by-case basis before the programme commences.

10.3 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, online courses, downloadable resources, and automated programmes are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

10.4 Events & Camps
Event and camp cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of registration.
